This Online Registration Format is intended for those wishing to submit and purchase their participant
registration online. Mail-In options using a Standard
Registration form are located at the
base of this page; address information is locate within.
For Online
Registration Format please supply correct spelling of each participant name and age
(under 18). Due to the large number of participants, chaperones for
Youth
ages 5-12 & Teens
13-16 (by birthdate April 1st), are required to register. Chaperones
are to assist in the workshop classes, as well as preparation for
the mime concert.
COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM IS PART 1 OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.
ONCE YOU SUBMIT THE PARTICPANT(S) NAMES, YOU WILL
BE REDIRECTED TO THE PAYPAL PROCESSING AREA TO PURCHASE YOUR REGISTRATION
WHICH COMPLETES THE PROCESS.

1. Workshop Attire - Please wear modest work out attire for the hands on workshops Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Meet & Greet: You have the option to come in your worship garmets as we experience an unrestricted time of worship that evening
Friday morning session: You are welcome to wear casual attire.
During choreography workshops: Lose fitting sweats or gym clothes; Ladies – no tights or leggings please
Dance shoes or comfortable socks.
2. Saturday Concert Attire - On Saturday, April29th @ 6pm, the conference participants will apply what they have learned throughout the conference. It will be a night of celebration, praise & worship. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to experience this awesome move of God. The ministry attire for the conference is as follows:

Black dress pants (no jeans or sweatpants or leggings)
Black short sleeve T-shirt (no low cut shirts)

3. Mime Make-up Accessories

Please provide your own towels to remove your make-up
You are welcome to bring your own make up remover of your choice – due to your skin cleansing requirements.
All other products will be provided (paint, liners, etc.)
4. Products - Conference T-shirts will be available for purchase. T-Shirt prices will range between $10-20. Other products: Conference DVDs, mime paint, mime paint removal, facial cleaning supplies, praise & worship accessories will be available for purchase.
5. Transportation -Conference participants are responsible for their own transportation. There are two airports that can serve you during your stay with us. Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) 10 minute drive or Raleigh Durham Airport (RDU)-60 minute drive. The airport is approximately 50-60 minutes from the conference location. We suggest using the following rental car agencies.
