The targeted marketing opportunity is enormous at the Paneh Mega Mime Conference and Concert. The PMMCC represents 30 states, and 4 countries. It’s comprised of over 1,500 participants and 2,500 public enthusiasts between the ages of 5 and 65 with a gross an annual income of over $30k.

Paneh Mime International offers a number of opportunities for organizations or companies that desire to offer backing to our conference and community concert. Allow us to help you increase the exposure of your organization or company to our longevity based audience consisting of teens, youth, adults, families, professionals, and strong consumers.

This allows your organization to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to our participants and the audience at the Paneh Mega Mime Conference and Concert. A key reason why individuals come to Mega Mime is to establish, and develop one the oldest crafts in theatre, as well as to network with other interested parties from around the world. They also desire to display their craft for the public through our free community concert annually frequented by thousands.

A key reason why partakers come to Mega Mime is to establish, and develop one the oldest crafts in theatre as well as to network with other interested parties from around the world; and to highlight their craft to the public through our free community concert.

PMMCC Sponsorship Levels

The Official Sponsorship
level entitles you to:

• Multiple organization announcements as an Official Sponsor during the Conference
• One Booth available for your representative to display your Brand and your Banner
• One full-page advertisement in 2012 Paneh MegaMime Conference Booklet
• Bold “Official Sponsor” status on all media vehicles, promotional materials, & Conference T-shirt
• Unlimited VIP Invitations to the Paneh Mega Mime Concert
• Your organizations’ information included on Official Paneh Mime website
• Use of the MegaMime event logo and Conference information after the Conference up to 1-year
• Your organizations’ provided video displayed throughout the Conference and Concert
• Insertion of any provided Brand literature, sample, coupon, etc in Conference souvenir bags
• First rights to remain Official in subsequent Conference years

The Platinum Sponsorship
level entitles you to:

• 3 organization announcements as a Platinum Sponsor during the Conference
• One Booth available for your representative to display your Brand
• ½ - page advertisement in 2012 Paneh MegaMime Conference Booklet
• “Platinum Sponsor” status on all media vehicles & promotional materials
• Up to Four(4) VIP Invitations to Concert
• Your organizations’ information included on Official Paneh Mime website
• Insertion of any provided Brand literature, sample, coupon, etc in Conference souvenir bags

The Gold Sponsorship
level entitles you to:

• 1 organization announcements as a Gold Sponsor during the Conference
• Special Booth Package pricing available for your representative to display your Brand
• ¼ - page advertisement in 2012 Paneh MegaMime Conference Booklet
• Two (2) VIP Invitations to Concert
• Your organization’s information added to official web site under sponsorship level
• Insertion of any provided Brand literature, sample, coupon, etc. in Conference souvenir bags

The Silver Sponsorship
level entitles you to:

• Special Booth Package pricing available for your representative to display your Brand
• Business Card size advertisement in 2012 Paneh MegaMime Conference Booklet
• Two (2) VIP Invitations to Concert
• Sponsorship listing of your organization added to official web site under sponsorship level
• Insertion of any provided Brand literature, sample, coupon, etc in Conference souvenir bags

As a Luncheon Sponsor
you're entitled to:

Signage: As a sponsor of a conference lunch, you are entitled to provide appropriate signage in the lunchroom throughout conference. The signage in the lunchroom each day will be restricted to only that of the lunch area and/or the entranceway. Your organizations’ name and logo appear (within conference schedules) alongside option sponsors in the conference proceedings, on the Paneh website and at the conference registration area.

Organization Literature and Giveaway: At the conference and concert, you will have the opportunity to distribute items of your company’s literature and gifts/giveaways at a display table.

The Conference Director will introduce the sponsoring organizations’ and the sponsoring organizations’ name and logo will be displayed extensively during the luncheon event.

Finally, your organization will qualify for VIP tickets to the Mega Mime Conference and/or Concert.

As a Travel Sponsor
you're entitled to:

As a travel sponsor, you will be in the company of an innovative group represented by 30 states, and 4 countries of like-minded national and international artistes’ and spectators willing to exchange/benchmark their experience at Paneh Mega Mime Conference and Concert. Be an active participant in an exciting exchange of ideas and knowledge of one the oldest art form of the stage. This level of sponsorship entitles you to the following:

• Your organizations’ information included on Official Paneh Mime website
• Insertion of any provided Brand literature, sample, coupon, etc in Conference souvenir bags
• “Travel Sponsorship” listed on the program and/or 2012 Paneh MegaMime Conference Booklet
• Video or commercial representation at the conference registration area.

Additional PMMCC Sponsorship Information

PMMCC Booths

Vendor booth space will be available in the entry and reception area during the 3-day event, and most importantly on the day/evening of the 2012 Paneh Mega Mime Conference and Concert. This area is also a throughway for participates, consumers, guests, VIP attendees and the public as they migrate from session to session throughout the Conference and Concert.

A provision of a standard table and up to 2 chairs will be available for your use. Other amenities may be available on request. (Costs may apply)

Flyers & Booklet Inclusions

• Brochures and/or flyers may be inserted into the MegaMime Conference or Concert for a fee.
• Various branded novelty items may also be included for a fee.
• Advertisement opportunity also available based on advertisement size as follows:
- Full-page, ½ -page, ¼ -page, Business Card size or Honorable Mention listing.

PMMCC Terms & Conditions

After written acceptance by Paneh Mime Ministries International, the sponsor must provide said sponsorship funds, and logo image (in the format required as a high resolution 300 dpi .pdf, .jpg or .png file) promptly. Additional exact details such as the correct spelling and use of the sponsor’s name, trademarks, website address, etc. are to be released to PanehMime within 15 days of receipt of said acceptance.

Sponsorship pledges cannot and will not be processed without payment. Payment is required in US Dollars, and will generally be made via direct bank transfer unless other arrangements are mutually agreed. An invoice will be sent through your designated email address; payment details will be included in the invoice.

The sponsorship fee does not include free conference registration unless specifically stated in the sponsorship opportunity details. All sponsorship promotional materials must be submitted 30 days prior to the conference to ensure inclusion in the production schedule.

Neither Paneh Mime Ministries International, His Name Media Group, nor Family First! Designs will be liable for actual or presumed damage or loss to a sponsor’s submitted intellectual property thru the fault of fire, theft, accident, or any other form of disaster; inclusion of accidental negligence or otherwise situated. Submission of your required company Brand materials are released to this purpose of Conference and/or Concert display as advertisement to promote increased awareness yet do not solely presume to increase actual sales for said Sponsor; sponsors are responsible for shipping of materials and customs fees.
