Refund/Exchange/Return Policy:

When purchasing items from the PanehMime Storehouse, Mime Conferences, Events, or the website, take into account the following details when requesting a return, refund or exchange.

  -  A receipt for returns/refunds is required.
  -   Only refunds in the same form of currency used for the purchase are allowed. (For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, your credit will be issued to that same card.)
  -   If the purchase was made by personal check, Paneh Mime will only issue a refund by mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
  -   Store credits or equal exchanges to purchased merchandise without receipt are allowed.
  -   Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
  -   Merchandise must be received to Paneh Mime Ministries International at: PO Box 14672, Durham, NC 27709, in its original condition.
  -   A 5 to 25 percent restocking fee for opened items may be assessed on your approved return unless otherwise defective or prohibited by law.
  -   All approved refunds will be processed and issued within 1-3 weeks.

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Please take into account the following details when purchasing items with regard to delivery.

  -   All products will be processed and shipped to the address receive on receipt of your remittance within 1-3 weeks; excluding Holidays, and general peak season Postal times.
